Service Terms
These terms are an agreement between you (the "Client") and AppTarget Inc, doing business as LiliaDesign ("LiliaDesign," "we," "us"). By completing checkout, you agree to them.
1. What's included
The Never Miss a Job System includes: a new website, a 24/7 AI receptionist, a Google Business Profile tune-up with automated review requests, up to 8 short videos per month posted to your social channels and Google profile, and a one-page monthly report. Videos are edited from clips you or your team provide.
2. Price and billing
A one-time setup fee of $997 is charged at checkout. The monthly fee of $1,497 starts at checkout and renews automatically each month on the same date until cancelled. Third-party usage costs that are clearly outside normal use, such as unusually high call volume, will be discussed with you before any extra charge.
3. Commitment and cancellation
The first 90 days are a minimum commitment, so the system has time to work. After 90 days, service is month-to-month and you can cancel any time by emailing lilia@liliadesign.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. The setup fee is non-refundable once the website build has started.
4. The 5-Job Guarantee
If the AI receptionist does not book at least 5 jobs in your first 60 days of live service, your next month is free. To qualify, the receptionist must be connected to your main business line or call forwarding for the full 60 days, and you must respond to booked jobs. Live service starts on the day the receptionist goes live, not the checkout date.
5. Your website
You own your website content and domain. If you cancel, we'll hand over your site files on request.
6. What we need from you
Timely answers to our onboarding questions, access to your Google Business Profile and calendar, and short video clips from jobs. Delays on your side may delay launch.
7. Calls, texts, and your customers
The AI receptionist answers calls and texts that your customers start. You are responsible for any outbound marketing messages you choose to send, and for following the laws that apply to them. See our Privacy Policy & SMS Terms.
8. Limits of liability
We work hard to keep everything running, but phone, text, and software services can occasionally fail. We are not liable for lost jobs, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll email you before any change that affects your price or commitment.
