AppTarget Inc, doing business as LiliaDesign ("LiliaDesign," "we," "us"), never sells or shares your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. This policy explains what we collect through liliadesign.com and our text messages, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, business name, email address, and mobile phone number, when you book an audit, fill out a form, or contact us.
• Business details: your trade, service area, Google Business Profile, and website, so we can prepare your audit.
• Text-messaging records: your consent to receive texts, the date you gave it, and messages you send to or receive from us.
• Basic site data: pages visited and device or browser type, collected through standard cookies and analytics.

How we use it

• To schedule and deliver your free missed-call audit and any services you sign up for.
• To send the text messages you agreed to receive, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about your audit.
• To respond to your questions and send emails related to our services.
• To improve our website and services.

Text messaging and your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our text-messaging and scheduling platforms, and only as needed to deliver our messages and services.

You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

How we protect and keep your information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing lilia@liliadesign.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.

SMS Terms and Conditions

By checking the text-message box when you book an audit, you agree to receive texts from LiliaDesign at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

1. Program name: LiliaDesign Audit Updates.
2. What we send: confirmations and reminders for your free missed-call audit, follow-ups about your audit results, and replies to your questions.
3. How often: message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month.
4. Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
5. How to stop: reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. To rejoin, book another audit and check the text-message box.
6. How to get help: reply HELP to any message, or email lilia@liliadesign.com.
7. Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy: see the Privacy Policy above. We never share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for marketing.

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on liliadesign.com.
